Accuracy and Authority The Organization confirms that all information submitted during registration is true, accurate, and complete, and that the individual completing this registration is duly authorized to act on behalf of the Organization. The Organization agrees to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated. 2. Approval and Verification Submission of a registration request does not constitute automatic approval, partnership, or endorsement by the University. The University reserves the right to verify information, request additional documentation, and approve or reject any application or event submission at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification. 3. Lawful and Ethical Use The Organization shall use the Tamayaz Platform solely for legitimate educational and developmental purposes aimed at enhancing student skills, employability, and engagement. The Organization must not, under any circumstances: • Post, promote, or distribute false, misleading, or inappropriate content; • Use the platform for commercial advertising, political activities, or unauthorized recruitment; • Attempt to collect, share, or misuse student or University data in any form; • Upload materials or links that may contain malware, phishing, or any other harmful content; • Engage in actions that could harm, disable, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform; • Misrepresent its relationship with the University or imply University endorsement without written approval. Any misuse, abuse, or breach of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of the Organization’s access and may lead to legal action under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. 4. Compliance with Laws and University Policies The Organization agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and University policies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, including but not limited to those governing higher education, event organization, data protection, and ethical conduct. 5. Data Protection and Privacy The Organization acknowledges that it may access or process limited student or participant information solely for approved purposes. All personal data must be handled in strict accordance with Law No. (30) of 2018 with Respect to Personal Data Protection Law (Bahrain Personal Data Protection Law) and the University’s privacy and data governance policies. The Organization shall not share, commercially exploit the date, or otherwise disclose any personal or institutional data obtained through the platform. 6. Indemnity The Organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the University, its officers, employees, and affiliates against any and all claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from: • The Organization’s use or misuse of the Tamayaz Platform; • Any breach of this disclaimer or applicable law; or • Any false, misleading, or unauthorized event submissions or communications. 7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the organization’s participation, event postings, or platform use. The University’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed any registration or administrative fees paid (if applicable). 8. Termination or Suspension The University reserves the right to suspend or terminate the organization’s profile, remove events, or restrict access to the Tamayaz Platform at any time, without notice, if it determines that the organization has violated these terms, misused the system, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the University’s mission, reputation, or legal obligations. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This disclaimer and any related matters shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain. 10. Acknowledgement By submitting this registration, the Organization confirms that it has read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions and accepts full responsibility for its actions and representations on the Tamyaz Platform.
